How can I contact support?

This article will guide you through the porcess on how to contact our Sales, Support, Billing or Abuse team.

There are multiple ways to get in touch with us and we will cover the following options:

  • From within the client area (https://manage.hostandstore.com/clientarea.php)

    a) Click on the Open Ticket link located at the top Menu.
    b) You will be taken to https://rootleveltech.atlassian.net/servicedesk/customer/You will have to create a new customer support account in order to contact our team.
    c) Once you have created a customer support account and you have successfully logged in, you may click on the Get service help link to create a new support ticket
    d) You can also get a summary of Open/Resolved tickets by clicking on the Requests button located at the top right corner of the same support page.

 

  • You may create support tickets as well by sending an email to any of the following email addresses depending on your issue:

    a) support @ hostandstore.com -> For issues related to your services such as but not limited to: wrong service location, service won't boot/start, incorrect service port, etc.
    b) billing @ hostandstore.com -> For issues related to payments, account information update, etc.
    c) sales @ hostandstore.com -> For questions related to our products or quotes.
    d) abuse @ hostandstore.com -> For any inquiry that might break our ToS, AUP, DMCA and Privacy policies
